July 2026 Medicinal Herb Class for Women - Herbalism and Ritual for Highly Sensitive People
Join Staci at Rising Herb Farm on Saturday July 18th for a hands-on herbal experience where, alongside other women, you’ll learn how Highly Sensitive People can integrate plants and mindfulness techniques into their self-care routine. As highly sensitive people (or the loved ones of highly sensitive people), we can partner with different herbs to make teas, extracts, and rituals that make living in a chaotic, sometimes heartless world a little less overwhelming.
Wondering if you’re a highly sensitive person? Click HERE to take this self-test created by Dr. Elaine Aron!
This two-hour class includes a conversation about some common characteristics of highly sensitive people, effects on physical and mental health, and ways to incorporate herbs and ritual into self-care routines. Students will tour the peak summer herb garden, where we’ll identify and learn about specific plants whose medicinal constituents can support us physically and mentally. Students will then get hands-on experience blending a tea or making a tincture for support. You’ll leave this class with your completed tea or extract, new herb lady friends, and an empowerment from knowing how to partner with plants to protect your highly sensitive heart.
Date/Time: Saturday July 18th from 10am-12pm
Location: Rising Herb Farm, 5957 N Candlestick Corner Rd, Centerpoint IN
Cost: $20 per person, which includes the class itself, and supplies to make a tea or tincture
