Each year beginning in April, we offer over 200 varieties of culinary and medicinal herbs, Indiana natives, and heirloom veggie starts in our on-farm, Indiana Department of Natural Resources-inspected plant nursery.
Every single plant we offer is started from seed or cuttings by me. We do not order our stock from other nurseries! Plant sizes and prices vary, with most plants multi-sown (many plants in one pot) in 4” pots and ranging in price from $3 to $5. Every Friday all season, we post a complete plant list on our Facebook page, so you know what plants are waiting for you on our tables on Saturday!
I like to say that our plant nursery is quaint, meaning it is very small, beautiful, curious, and quiet. There are no lines (okay, maybe just on opening day ;)), no busy crowds, and you can be with the plants in peace. Our plant nursery has a little library of books on medicinal and wild plants in case you need some inspiration or get curious about a plant during your visit!
Since we are not a traditional plant nursery or garden center, we do not sell pots, soil, compost, or other accoutrements for gardening. However, our self-serve farm stand is also open most Saturdays, too, stocked with fresh herbs, wildflower bouquets, herbal extracts, baked goods, and handmade fiber crafts.
Please bring cash— avoiding credit card processing fees (usually in the realm of 2 to 3%!) helps me keep my prices very reasonable! We do accept credit and debit cards (must have tap capability!), Venmo, and PayPal on-site, if needed.

Herb Classes, Tours, and Chats
speaker fee $50/hour
herb garden tours $10/person, $5/person for home school groups, $50 flat large groups
on-farm classes $20/person, includes supplies
off-farm classes $40/person, includes supplies
We love to share the magic of herbs and natives with you! We host small or large groups (gardeners’ clubs, families, home school groups, etc.) at our farm for tours of the herb gardens where we grow our medicinal herbs. Tours last about 1 hour.
We also offer very popular medicinal herb and gardening classes at our farm! Topics for 2026 classes include intro to no-dig gardening, native spring ephemeral wildflower identification, and herb harvesting/drying best practices.

$50/hour, plus plants

We also love helping customers establish herb gardens of their own! If you like digging in the dirt but just need some gardening mentorship, we can help you plan and plant your very own culinary or medicinal herb garden at your home.
