Nettle Salt
Approx. 2 oz jar
A favorite from 2025! You may know all of the green magic Nettle leaf provides, but did you know her seeds are also nutrient dense? I hand harvest and dry these seeds from my own Nettle patch, then blend generously with the most luxurious salt I can find: a fine Icelandic sea salt. Sprinkle on meat, potatoes, oatmeal, and more!
Ingredients: Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica) seeds, Icelandic sea salt.
